Medicine Chest Pharmacies is based in Sulphur Springs, Texas and operates retail and long term care pharmacies. The retail pharmacies are located in Tyler, Bryan, Orange and Clarksville, Texas. Medicine Chest services nursing homes through its long term care pharmacies located in Sulphur Springs, Bryan and Houston, Texas.

Our History
Medicine Chest Pharmacies was founded by Joe Weaver, RPh, a graduate of Southwestern State College of Pharmacy in Oklahoma, and Doug Moore, CPA, a graduate of Texas Tech University. Joe purchased his first pharmacy in 1976, in Sulphur Springs, TX. Over the next 35 years, Medicine Chest expanded to a high of 29 locations.
